2008 Helen Keller International Art Show Entry Form Entry Requirements
1. All paintings or drawings must be matted using matte board or poster board and not exceed 24” x 36” in size. (Please do not use construction paper as it fades later) Sculpture must be only one item and freestanding, enclosed in a shadow box or other means of display. A current school picture and a short biographical sketch of the artist must be included. This information is used for press releases and publications related to the artist and the touring art exhibit. Release information signed by the parent, guardian or school official must be included with the student registration. Each piece of artwork submitted must have a registration form attached. If artwork has more than one artist, each artist will be required to meet all entry requirements complete individual registration forms Artwork and required forms must be received by January 1, 2008 Artwork will not be considered unless the above requirements are met. I further understand that the work will be part of the 2008 Helen Keller International Art Show to be shown during International CEC convention, Boston Massachusetts and other sites as approved by the Helen Keller Art Show Committee. Pieces selected for the tour will be professionally framed and available for purchase.
